Booking

  • Request for proposal presentations must be submitted a minimum of 90 days in advance from the date of trip.

  • Request for digital proposals must be submitted a minimum of 60 days in advance from the date of trip.

  • For all request regarding “The Media” package, a 2 weeks lead time is required.

  • Reschedule / Cancellation - Request for rescheduling must be made via email 48hrs in advanced for all consultations. After 2 rescheduled consultations rebooking is required, previous deposit will not be applied. For cancellations customers will not be refunded for their deposit.

  • Customers have 3 days from the time of service request to make changes for “The Media” package. After 3 days, no changes will be accepted, except in instances of an error made by Escapade.

  • Customers have 1 week to make changes for larger packages. After 1 week a predetermined change fee will be applied for any change request.

  • Not providing required information by stated deadline will impact the ability for us to complete your request.

Pricing

  • Rushed Service Fee - Rushed services are defined and dependent on service type. Customers should keep in mind that the pricing and availability for reservations may be impacted by late booking.  

  • Returned Payments - Any fees incurred by Escapade due to returned payment will be charged to the customer.

  • Refunds - All services are non refundable and chargeback attempts will not be accepted.

  • Rates - Services listed as rates *starting at __ price* are subject to change based on group size and complexity request.

Legal

  • Content provided and created on customer’s behalf is owned by Escapade LLC and will be utilized at our discretion.

  • Contracts - All services are contracted and will be upheld. By signing contracts, customers agree to full service payments and to not dispute legitimate charges.
